Experience/ Reflection From this Project

Based on all the five tools that we mention, each of the web tool have its own advantage and disadvantage which need to depends on the situation. Let’s start with WhatsApp. We as a user of WhatsApp think that this app really helps us to connect to over friends, teammates, colleagues, and other more whereby we can easily send important documents, pictures, notes, videos and other more to each another plus the app enable us to communicate much easier even though we are far apart from each other. Therefore, we think that almost all the people in the world which have the ability to online will be using this app.

Next will be Google form. For us, the only time that we will use Google form is when we need to do projects or surveys. Google form enable us to collect our necessary data through online easily whereby the target audiences are able to fill up the questions through online which save them and also us a lot time plus all the data that we collected will be auto-counted by the system whereby this also help to save up our time. Therefore, we think that not all people in the world will use Google form frequently.

Next up will be Google drive. For us, Google drive have the same features as WhatsApp or email whereby it let us to send folders, documents, pictures, videos, and other more to another person but it has a limit of the size of the files. But for Google drive, it enables us to send or share larger size of documents, videos, pictures, and other more to another person. Due to this, we think that it is very useful to all of us.

In our own opinion ass designers, we use Pinterest as our secondary source of pictures for inspiration or ideas for certain things. Pinterest able provide us a lot of different pictures regarding the keywords that you insert. Therefore, if we are looking for ideas or inspirations, we will surely choose Pinterest over other web tools due to the wide variety of choices that Pinterest able to provide.

In our opinion about Padlet is that Padlet is a web tool for us to share our images or important notes to other people. By using Padlet, we are able to record the process steps one by one and post it on Padlet. Besides that, we also use it to record our duty and task during any projects. Padlet also enable us to write our personal views regarding certain matter. Therefore, in the end, we think even though Padlet have its own advantages but we do not use it frequently.
