   It is 2018, which technology is already a part of our daily life, the information competency technology(ICT) has been growing rapidly and we user have greatly benefit from it. From this project, we used ICT tools such as WhatsApp, Google Form, Google Drive, Pinterest and Padlet, these tools have greatly increase our work efficiency. We proposed an App which provide platform for students or others users in order to provide a new way and increase the efficiency of finding a part time job. From our responses most of the student have funding from PTPTN but a large number of them don’t think they funding is enough for spending, and yes most of them would like to work as part timer to earn extra money to themselves. There are 36 out of 39 responses of student would use this new app to find a part time job, so this already prove our point that this app would surely needed on the market. Based on all the five tools that we mention, each of the web tool have its own advantage and disadvantage which need to depends on the situation. Let’s start with WhatsApp. We as a user of WhatsApp think that this app really helps us to connect to over friends, teammates, colleagues, and other more whereby we can easily send important documents, pictures, notes, videos and other more to each another plus the app enable us to communicate much easier even though we are far apart from each other. Therefore, we think that almost all the people in the world which have the ability to online will be using this app. Next will be Google form. Throughout the project we used 5 ICT tools which were WhatsApp, Google Form, Google Drive, Pinterest and Padlet to help us communicate, survey, curate files, research and complete this project in an efficient way. In order to complete this project, we used several convenient web tools. First, we used WhatsApp web and WhatsApp mobile to set a group and meeting time for our project. WhatsApp. WhatsApp Is a very convenient communication contact mobile application especially for doing this project. For example, we used WhatsApp for discuss our project, the problem, share Google form for questionnaire, share link for Google drive, Pinterest and Padlet. All our design and development process that is share in WhatsApp among our group mates. Second, we also used Google form. Google form is an online service which offered by Google Company whereby the form can be created by anyone who has Google Account. The Google form will be saved on the user’s Google Drive. University students found that finding a part time job are quite hard and not systematic. For example, someone posted a job vacancy finding a part timer on social website, those who want it need to personal message to the person in charge, sure this is a very effective way to find a part timer, but if the job already taken, others won’t know if the job still available or not, this gave a problem for the person in charge and students who are finding a job. Sometime, maybe the job vacancy is not justified and may cause harm to student itself. However, if there an app, this problem can be solved.             My suggestion is that having an app to provide a platform just for student or even others to find part time job, and this also can be a platform for all the company that wanted to hired part timer too.
